Let time slow down among the vines of Nemea, one of Greece’s most historic and beloved wine regions. The Nemea Picnic Wine Experience invites you to unwind in the very heart of Agiorgitiko country, with a laid-back yet elegant tasting that blends nature, wine, and authentic local flavors.

Begin your experience with a short vineyard tour, where you’ll learn about the ancient winemaking heritage of Nemea and its iconic red grape, Agiorgitiko. Surrounded by rolling hills and golden light, you’ll be guided through the basics of the terroir, the cultivation techniques, and the personality of the wines.

The highlight comes when you arrive at your private picnic setup — nestled among the vines, shaded under olive trees or open to the sun. There, a beautifully curated picnic basket awaits you, filled with freshly baked bread, local cheese and cold cuts, homemade pies, seasonal fruit, and of course, a bottle of Nemean wine carefully chosen for the moment.

Note:

• Upon request a visit to the archeological site of Ancient Nemea (museum and stadium) can be arranged before the visit to the winery.
• Before booking your experience please inform us of any food allergies someone at your party has. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
• Number of participants can overcome 10 persons upon request.
