Begin with a guided visit to a local winery, where you’ll walk among the vines and discover how the nearby river ecosystem shapes the personality of the wines. There, you’ll enjoy a tasting of selected reds and rosés, such as Agiorgitiko and Moschofilero, paired with light local treats.

Afterwards, a short walk or drive leads you to a secluded riverside spot, where wine meets stillness. Relax with a chilled glass and a curated tasting plate by the water — surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the flowing rhythm of the land.

The experience continues at a second boutique winery, carefully selected for its distinct character and premium tasting offerings. Depending on the season or your preference, you’ll enjoy one of two elevated pairings:

🍫 Wine & Artisanal Chocolate Pairing: A luxurious exploration of textures and aromas, where velvety reds and rich, dark chocolates enhance one another in surprising ways.

🫒 Olive Oil Tasting Experience: A guided discovery of high-quality local olive oils, paired with bread, herbs, and wine — showcasing the ancient bond between vineyard and olive grove.
